Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking details will be active within 24 hours.

Furnicrafters Shop is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any such charges (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages

Furnicrafters Shop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
